Online marketplace eBay, San Jose, CA, will acquire iBazar S.A., a Paris-based Web trading site. Ebay will issue roughly 2.25 million shares of its common stock as payment. The deal is structured so that the minimum value of the shares is $66 million, and the maximum value $112 million.
