DraftWorldwide, Chicago, has acquired Strategic Solutions, Hong Kong, a marketing agency with a direct response practice. Terms were not disclosed.
Strategic Solutions will be merged into Draft’s existing Hong Kong office. Strategic clients include Charles Schwab, The Economist Group and the Hong Kong Tourist Association. Draft Hong Kong’s clients include Bass Hotels & Resorts, Cable & Wireless HKT and Montblanc.
The merger/acquisition launches a strategy to increase Draft’s presence in Asia. Draft already has offices in China, Singapore, Malaysia, and New Zealand, and affiliates in Japan, Korea and Australia.
