Network advertising company DoubleClick Inc., New York, has purchased the technology of Sabela Media Inc. from 24/7 Media Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
Employees and all other assets and obligations of Sabela Media remain under control of 24/7.
Sabela Media, a global ad serving, tracking and analysis company with products for online advertisers and Web publishers, is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Sabela Media was originally acquired by 24/7 in January 2000, and has over 150 clients worldwide.
