DM Management Company, Hingham, MA, has secured a $12 million first mortgage loan from John Hancock Real Estate Finance, Inc. The financing will be used for the Company’s new distribution facility in Tilton, New Hampshire. The loan, along with $9.7 million of equipment financing from Citizens Leasing Corporation and BancBoston Leasing, Inc. and a $1.0 million dollar community development block grant from Belknap County, New Hampshire, will complete the financing of the Company’s new distribution facility. DM Management is a leading specialty direct marketer of high quality women’s apparel, accessories, shoes and gifts. The company currently markets its products through two discrete catalog concepts, J. Jill and Nicole Summers.
