Direct Media reportedly has reached a tentative agreement to buy itself back from Conway, AR-based Acxiom Corp.
The agreement is to be reviewed by a legal team and is expected to undergo some changes before being finalized, sources said. Financial terms were reportedly settled last month.
Sources said the agreement includes both the B-to-B and consumer business divisions of the Greenwich, CT-based firm. Executives from the two divisions are reportedly working together toward a unified strategy with a long-term focus.
