Deluxe Corp. has named Ronald E. Eilers interim CEO, succeeding Lawrence J. Mosner.
Mosner said previously he planned to retire this year as both CEO and chairman of its board of directors. Since then, the board has been seeking candidates to succeed Mosner. Eilers, president/COO was reportedly a candidate, but a few months ago removed himself from consideration for personal reasons.
