Delia’s Corp., he New York-based apparel direct marketer, has completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of its Storybook Inc. unit to CelebrateExpress.com, Inc., a direct marketer of party supplies and services and operator of the Birthday Express and Celebrate Express catalogs and Web sites.
