Starbelly.com (http://www.starbelly.com), a fledgling Chicago-based electronic custom-decorated products merchant has tapped agencies FCB/Direct and KemperLesnik Communications for advertising and public relations. Billings were not disclosed.
The agencies will create and implement an online and off-line branding campaign to promote Starbelly.com’s online business model and database capabilities.
