Dave Florence has resigned as CEO of Direct Media Inc., the list company he founded. He will continue as chairman of the board.
Larry May, a longtime Direct Media employee, was named as his replacement. May has been the leader of a division within the company, May Development Services, which serves the fundraising sector.
Florence said it’s time for him to slow down a bit.
