Data Trak Technologies of California Inc., a shipping and services provider, has purchased the shipping and logistic assets of E-Stamp Corp., Mountain View, CA. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Data Trak will receive E-stamp’s DigitalShipper Enterprise name, the customer base, service and maintenance agreements, and the digitalshipper.com name. E-Stamp had previously announced that it would phase out its existing shipping and logistics business pursuant to its merger with online education provider Learn2.com.
Data Trak will be hiring the existing sales, support and services staff.
