Daniel Powell has been tapped to serve as president of Newgen Results Corp., a customer loyalty and business-to-business channel management services provider.
Powell was previously with OCE North America, a document services and supply firm. He has also held positions with Toshiba Information Systems and Xerox Corp.
Newgen is a subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings Inc., a business services outsourcing company.
