Creative Direction Inc., a Kokomo, IN-based marketing and technology firm, has bought a stake in ReZoom.com, a lifestyle and commercial Web site aimed at the over-40 market.
Terms were not disclosed.
As part of the plan, ReZoom.com will move content development and marketing functions to Creative Direction’s headquarters.
