Cendant Corp., New York, has appointed Duncan H. Cocroft senior vice president, finance & treasurer of Cendant and executive vice president and chief financial officer of PHH Corporation, Cendant’s independent finance subsidiary.
Cocroft’s duties will include responsibility for Cendant’s financing and treasury activities as well as PHH’s financial conduct. Cocroft had previously been senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Kos Pharmaceuticals.
Cocroft replaces Terry Kridler, who is leaving Cendant for personal reasons.
