Jiffy Lube tests speech recognition for its outbound teleservices program
Jiffy Lube International Inc. has begun testing speech recognition technology to develop an opt-in outbound teleservices program. The test is targeting Houston-area drivers with cellular phones.
The oil change company considers telemarketing a key component of its new customer relationship management strategy, designed to support its 2,200 company-owned and franchised oil change centers nationwide. Its new CRM strategy is expected to also include e-mail and a new direct mail campaign.
