Cars.com has acquired lead generation site NewCars.com.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NewCars.com targets prospective car buyers via search engine marketing initiatives and connects them with dealers. The company will operate as a division of Cars.com parent company Classified Ventures and will maintain its headquarters in Santa Monica, CA and offices in Birmingham, MI.
