Miami-based Burger King this week doubles its premium punch with an effort that puts both “Powerpuff Girls” and “Dragon Ball Z” toys in Big Kids’ Meals. New pairs of toys will debut each week for five weeks.
Both properties air on Atlanta-based Cartoon Network, which will support with a section on cartoonnetwork.com allowing kids to enter codes from the premiums to receive digital trading cards. Kids who enter codes from every premium get an 11th card.
P-O-P materials via Chicago-based DraftWorldwide support. The premiums were supplied by Irvine, CA-based Alcone Marketing, which is nearing the end of its lengthy tenure as a BK agency.
