Bear Creek Holdings Inc. expects to report a pre-tax loss in the range of $2.5 million to $3.5 million for the fiscal year ended March 26.
The cataloger and retailer expects to post revenue of approximately $561 million for he year, up 7% from $522 million last year.
The Medford, OR company attributed these results to increased Harry and David catalog and Internet sales, as well as higher sales at the company’s Harry and David stores.
Complete results are expected July 15.
Last year, Bear Creek Corp. was sold to New York-based private equity investor Wasserstein & Co. for $260 million (Direct Newsline, June 24, 2004).
