Audax Group has acquired Cortz Inc, a direct marketer of swimming pool products doing business as In The Swim.
Terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in West Chicago, IL, ITS is sells swimming pool supplies and equipment to the U.S. residential and commercial markets.
Barry Pace, CEO of ITS, will continue to lead the management team, according to Audax.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Audax Group. Harris Williams & Co. advised ITS. Madison Capital Funding, LLC provided acquisition financing to support the transaction, noted Audax.
