Mark Renshaw has been named senior vice president and director of one-to-one solutions at Chicago-based Arc Worldwide.
Renshaw will oversee digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) teams in the agency’s Chicago, New York and San Francisco offices.
He was formerly Arc’s director for interactive marketing and CRM in the Asia-Pacific region.
