Appleseed’s Topco Inc. a unit of Golden Gate Capital, will acquire Blair Corp. for $173.6 million.
Blair, Warren. PA, will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Appleseed’s, the women’s apparel direct marketer.
The transaction will close in the Spring.
