AOL is rolling out Project Devil 2, its first major update to the company’s display ad product. The update includes a new 300×1050 unit that includes two applications to give brand marketers a bigger high-definition asset in the top module, and a 300×600 unit with one application. The update to Project Devil involves closer integration with AOL’s Pictela ad technology platform. AOL reports that Project Devil ad units boast an average interaction rate of 5.2 percent and an average interaction time of 24 seconds. (MediaPost, ClickZ)
