AKQA, a digital marketing agency, acquired search engine marketing technology firm SearchRev. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
SearchRev will continue to operate as a standalone unit, and COO and cofounder David Kandasamy and CRO and cofounder Eduardo Llach will continue to lead the Silicon Valley-based unit.
