ChinaLOOP has been acquired by Acxiom Corp. Terms were not disclosed.
The Shanghai-based company provides customer database management, list rental, direct marketing services to a number of China-based and international clients. It also has operations in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. Gabrielle Chou and Frederic Jouve co-founded ChinaLOOP in June 2000 and remain on the leadership team for Greater China.
ChinaLOOP’s local and multinational client base includes L’Oreal, Financial Times, Nokia, Total, Citroen and Johnson & Johnson.
