SeLoger.com, a French online real estate services company, has acquired AgoraBiz.com. Terms were not disclosed.
AgoraBiz provides online portals for commercial real estate advertising and a meeting place for all those involved in buying ad selling real estate.
SeLoger.com said it group plans to expand its presence in high-growth market niches, in order to capitalize on its expertise in online marketing and traffic generation around real estate.
At present, 6,000 real estate agent clients already publish at least one advertisement, representing a total volume of 35,000 advertisements for the sale of business assets or premises, according to SeLoger.
“By linking AgoraBiz.com to SeLoger.com's existing advertising base, we are creating the leader in this market segment,” said Jean-Fabrice Mathieu, SeLoger CEO, in a statement. “Our strategy is based on the vertical development of our offering through more refined segmentation of our acquisition targets, thereby increasing monetization of our Web site traffic.”
