eForce Media, a sales lead generation company, has acquired Vertical Passion Media LLC. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Vertical Passion operates a variety of online sites, including sellitnowmotors.com. Jeffrey Schwartz, who founded the company, has joined eForce Media as president and CEO.
Schwartz is the firmer president and CEO of Autobytel. Before joining Autobytel he was CEO of Autoweb, and prior to that served as a vice president at the Walt Disney Company.
Schwartz succeeds eForce’s current CEO, Anthony Mazzarella. Mazzarella will remain on eForce’s board of directors.
