Cox Enterprises will acquire Adify Corp., a media company that specializes in vertical online advertising. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in May.
Adify will keep its corporate headquarters in San Brunco, CA, as well as its sales locations in New York; Alexandria, VA; London; Berlin and Singapore. Russ Fradin, the company’s president and co-founder, will stay with the firm.
Adify will operate as a stand-alone company under Cox’s TMI Inc. subsidiary. Adify enables clients to build and operate targeted ad networks.
