NCO Group Inc., based in Horsham, PA has acquired the assets of Star Contact Ltd. and Call Center-Telemarketing Pro-Panama S.A., a teleservices agency located in Panama.

NCO Group Inc., based in Horsham, PA has acquired the assets of Star Contact Ltd. and Call Center-Telemarketing Pro-Panama S.A., a teleservices agency located in Panama. Terms have not been released.
Joseph Fidanque III, Star Contact's founder and president will retain his position, in addition to becoming managing director for NCO's Latin American operations.
"The Star Contact transaction presents NCO with a unique opportunity to continue our global call center expansion," said in a statement Michael J. Barrist, president and CEO at NCO.
