Infinity Insurance Call Center Opens in Texas

Infinity Property & Casualty Corp. has opened a new 325-seat telemarketing center in McAllen, TX.

The center will provide bilingual customer service in English and Spanish for automobile insurance claims nationwide.

More than half of Infinity’s customers are Hispanic and many prefer to conduct business in Spanish, according to the company.

Infinity had been operating a center from a temporary space in McAllen, while the new center was under construction. The insurer plans to expand the size of its staff.

Most of the company’s customers are located in urban areas of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Texas.
