Elizabeth Arden International S.a.r.l. has formed an exclusive licensing agreement with men's fashion brand GANT Company AB to manufacture and distribute fragrances and associated products for GANT.
A fragrance is planned for launch in the fall of 2004 followed by the introduction of other new products. GANT offers clothing and accessories for men, boys and babies and will expand to include women in spring 2004.
The products will be distributed to department stores and perfumeries as well as in GANT'S 154 worldwide stores. Elizabeth Arden International S.a.r.l. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elizabeth Arden.
