Donnelley Acquires Pro Line Printing for $122 Million

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. will acquire Pro Line Printing Inc., a producer of inserts for $122 million.

Pro Line's products are inserted into newspapers, distributed via direct mail and used for in-store circulation. The company has production operations in Arlington, TX; Reno, NV; Avon, CT and Pineville, NC.
