Unilever NV Sells Stake in Elizabeth Arden for $41.9 Million

Unilever NV will sell its stake in cosmetics and perfume maker Elizabeth Arden for $41.9 million.

Earlier this week, Unilver NV, based in the Netherlands, said it would sell its remaining shares in the Elizabeth Arden, which said it would use the proceeds from the sale to cut debt, according to news reports.
