Tom Williams Leaving CFO Post at Affinion Group

Tom Williams, chief financial officer at Affinion Group Inc. is stepping down from his post before the end of this year.

Williams has served as CFO since January 2007 and is expected to remain with the company for a transition period, until the company files its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31.

Affinion’s executive vice president and general counsel since 2005, Todd Siegel has been appointed to succeed Williams as CFO. Siegel has been with the company since 1999.

Affinion provides loyalty and membership marketing services for affinity marketing partners. Norwalk, CT-based Affinion has about 3,300 employees in the U.S.
