Source Marketing has named Matthew Damron as senior VP and group director, a new post. The position took effect May 1.
Damron, 38, most recently was senior VP and group director at McCann Relationship Marketing in New York. His account work there included Capital One, Empire Blue Cross, Inamed and Sirius Satellite Radio.
Source Marketing is based in Westport, CT. The agency ranked No. 47 in the 2004 PROMO 100 with estimated net revenues of $9.6 million for 2003.
