Solmate Socks, a seller of mismatched socks, has chosen Taction—the Contact Center to handle its inbound calls.
“My staff no longer has to spend all day Monday handling our many orders from the weekend, and our customers love reaching a helpful, live agent every time they call,” said Solmate founder Marianne Wakerlin in a statement.
Wakerlin started her business after knitting socks for family and friends. Each pair is hand-finished and mismatched. The firm sells to retailers and to the public.
Taction is based in Waldoboro, ME. Solmate is located in South Strafford, VT.
