Rich Scarle has rejoined Chicago shop Upshot after a stint at Draft.
Scarle returns to Upshot as senior VP-account services as of April 12. He spent five years at Upshot before leaving in January 2004. Scarle took a VP post at Draft in summer 2004.
Scarle will oversee Upshot work for Firestone and Kyocera. PROMO profiled Scarle as a Marketer of the Year in 2001 for his retail work on behalf of Procter & Gamble (Jan. 2002 PROMO).
