R.L. Polk Divests Professional Services Operations

R. L. Polk & Co., Southfield, MI, will spin off its Professional Services division. The division provides consulting services to support Polk’s dealer marketing products such as PolkOne, Cross Sell and list services.

The new company, PCS-Global, will be owned and operated by John Mlinarcik. Polk and PCS-Global will maintain a close affiliation. PCS-Global will continue to provide consulting services for all current client relationships developed during its time as part of R. L. Polk & Co.
