For the first six months, the home shopping firm had sales of $166.7 million, up from $111 million, and net income of $6.4 million, down from $7.4 million. The quarter ended July 31.

During the quarter the company's Internet sales grew 249% over the second quarter sales for 1999, and 55% over online sales for first quarter 2000.
