Dan Springer, formerly managing director of Modem Media’s San Francisco office, has signed on to be chief executive officer of Responsys Inc. In his new position with the Palo Alto, CA-based digital marketing firm, he will coordinate the firm’s efforts to design, deploy and analyze online marketing campaigns on behalf of its clients.
