The Relizon Co., a Dayton, OH-based billing systems marketer, has completed its $189 million acquisition of Epsilon, a Burlington, MA database marketing services company. Under terms of the agreement, Epsilon will retain its name. Corey V. Torrence will continue to serve as Epsilon's president.
