The Relizon Co., a Dayton, OH-based document management and billing services firm, will acquire database marketing services provider Epsilon for an undisclosed sum. Epsilon, a privately-owned company, will keep intact its management team and Relizon will merge its electronic customer relationship management group into Epsilon. Corey V. Torrence will continue as president of the newly expanded company.
