Direct response agency Rapp Collins Worldwide, based in New York, has formed Rapp Digital and named J.G. Sandom president of the unit.
Rapp Digital will help agency clients touch key target constituencies through one-to-one marketing communications-access channels along the entire sales cycle, said Sandom, in a statement.
