Harte-Hanks and Media Horizons have made personnel changes.
Harte-Hanks has hired Robert Munden as senior vice president, general counsel. He most recently vice president and corporate counsel of Safeguard Scientifics Inc.
Media Horizons Inc. has formed a new data and analytics group which will be headed by Rick Child, who has been promoted to vice president, data and analytics. Child, a 12-year direct marketing industry veteran, he joined the company in 2006.
