Cary, NC-based directory publisher R. H. Donnelley Corp. has elected Scott N. Flanders and Alan F. Schultz to its board of directors. Flanders, chairman and CEO of Columbia House Co. since Sept. 1999, will be a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. and Schultz -- chairman, president and CEO of Valassis Communications Inc., since Dec. 1998 -- will be a member of the Compensation and Benefits Committee. Kenneth G. Campbell has retired as director of the company's board.
