Peet’s Coffee & Tea Inc., a specialty coffee direct marketer, has relaunched its Web site www.peets.com, to accelerate sales in its direct delivery business.
One of the new features is helpful suggestions to customers as they shop online, which are tailored to each person’s tastes. The company has also reduced check out time.
Another feature, Manage Deliveries, enables customers to manage their future deliveries online, giving them control over their accounts so that they can update their orders, or change the timing or location for their deliveries.
Peet’s also announced that its coffee is now available on Amazon.com’s new Gourmet Food store. Coffee is shipped within 24 hours of orders being placed.
Peet's coffees and teas are sold online, over the telephone and through mail order, in specialty grocery and gourmet food stores, and through office and restaurant accounts and company-owned stores.
