The online weight-loss system provider has also sold about 58% of its outstanding shares to HJM Holdings, LLC for an undisclosed sum. Nutri/System is based on Horsham, PA.
Hagan reportedly developed the online business strategies that launched Verticalnet, a developer of online supply chain systems during more than 10 years of management experience at such companies as Merrill Lynch and Bristol Myers Squibb.
Jankovic was former founder, chairman/CEO of telecom service provider beMany. He was also vice president of product development for Verticalnet.
