BuyItNow is an online mall retailer which offers brand name products and, through its recent acquisition of pcWonders.com, computer hardware and software and other electronic equipment. Netdirect sells technology products to businesses and computers.
The combined operations will have a market value of nearly $450 million, $350 million of which comes from BuyItNow. The deal is expected to close by July 31.
