Before joining the personalized e-mail and rewards firm in December 2000, Larsen had been president of Impiric, a marketing services and customer relationship management advertising firm.
Netcentives also picked up planet U, an online promotions network geared toward the consumer packaged goods industry, as a client. Transora, which owns planet U, retained Netcentives to aid its efforts in delivering household-targeted promotions, including coupons and samples, directly to consumers.
