Internet direct marketing company MyPoints.com, San Francisco, has named John H. Fullmer as chairman and CEO. The appointment takes effect immediately. Fullmer, 55, is a former executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Cendant. Most recently, he worked as a founding partner of the venture capital firm eCom Partners.
MyPoints had been searching for a CEO and had expected to make the announcement during the first quarter.
In December, the company had consolidated the operational responsibilities of its COO under one manager, Layton Han who will report to Fullmer. Chaz Berman, the former COO, left the company to pursue other interests.
