TracyLocke has promoted Mike Musachio to president of its New York and Wilton, CT offices as COO Tim Zuckert leaves the agency.
Musachio keeps the post of chief creative officer; he had been executive VP and worked closely with Zuckert to run the two offices. Musachio assumes the combined title this week.
Zuckert leaves TracyLocke for a post at Proving Ground, an integrated media company specializing in video games and digital content. TracyLocke promoted Zuckert to COO from general manager in November 2004 (Xtra Nov. 16 2004).
Musachio joined TracyLocke in March 2004 after stints at Ryan Partnership, Leo Burnett USA and other shops, handling direct, interactive, promotion and print advertising.
"Mike is a proven leader who has brought growth from new and existing clients to this office and has elevated our work and reputation with the creative community and our clients," said TracyLocke CEO Ron Askew in a statement.
Askew himself has been with TracyLocke less than a year: He came to the agency in June 2005, from his post as CMO of Coors Brewing Co.
