Sellers included The Interpublic Group of Companies, which disposed of 10.955 million shares, and G.M. O’Connell, the firm’s chairman and co-founder, who sold 150,000 shares.
Another co-founder, Robert Allen, sold 50,000 shares.
As a result of the sale, The Interpublic Group, which had been the company’s largest stockholder, currently owns 148,000 shares, or roughly 0.6% of the outstanding shares.
